Since its inception in 1995, the International Council on Electrical Engineering (ICEE) has been held annually, and is jointly organized by the Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers (KIEE), The Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (HKIE), The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ), and Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE). Attracting over 550 participants each year, ICEE has established itself as a leading forum where scholars, industry professionals, and business leaders come together to present research findings, exchange ideas, and advance knowledge in the field of electrical engineering.
