ICOEO-2025 is hosted by ISTCI, and co-organized by the Institute of Intelligent Materials of Southeast University, and operated by Dalian Four Leaf Clover Co., Ltd. With the theme of “Openness and Confidence, Win-win Cooperation”, ICOEO-2025 will continue to follow the principle of academic and international, and invite scholars and experts in the field of optics and optoelectronics at home and abroad to participate in the conference and make wonderful reports, aiming to provide a platform for experts and scholars in the industry to share technological progress and business experience, focus on the cutting-edge research of optics and optoelectronics, and provide a platform for communication. ICOEO-2025 is expected to have 300 participants, and will last for 3 days.
